Students have a similar experience with their Portal and are also engaged with their teacher achievements and teacher comments, along with extra areas such as access to their Class Work and submission of homework.
The Parent Portal App is available to download for Android and Apple (iOS) devices. If you have children at more than one school which uses Synergy, only one App account is needed - all children can be linked to your single account.
The Student Portal App is available to download for Android and Apple (iOS) devices. Log in using your school Microsoft 365, Google account or email/password.
Parent registrations are handled directly by your school. A letter is normally sent home with a Parent Portal Code so that you can register. If you have not received a letter, please get in contact with your school directly.
Each school manages access to the Parent Portal. If you are experiencing access issues, contact your school so they can check and verify your details.
Access is by Microsoft 365, Google SSO or username and password. In case of any issues, please contact your school IT support.
