Synergy provides a platform to manage communications both inbound from parents and outbound from school. Sending a Text or Email Message home is not an extra subscription or ‘addon’. With Synergy, communication is fully integrated making it seamless, intuitive, and fast. A centralised approach provides a clear view of school wide and individual parent communication and engagement.
Staff can engage in a dialogue with individual parents or send a broadcast notice to groups of parents direct from their ‘Class View’. Message consistency and frequency is managed with a gatekeeper approval mechanism.
All communication activity is tracked to help monitor readership and highlight inactive or incorrect contact information. Every email or text sent to a parent including newsletters, reports, unexplained absence, behaviour alerts and individual communications are recorded against the student record. Parents and Carers accessing the portal can view their entire history. Nothing is ever missed.
Synergy was designed with GDPR at the core. Subject Access Request is simplified with parent communication stored within Synergy and not individual staff email.
